Club Awesome members brought home the top prizes at the Toastmasters Area 24 Contest, held August 22.
In the Humorous Speaking Contest, Marilyn Brown won first place and Youbel Montesino won third. In the Evaluation Contest, Diane Diamantis won first place and Freddie Barber won second. The winners will go on to a division contest in October, which will pick the finalists to compete at the District 47 conference in the Bahamas in November.
