Club Awesome takes Table Topics Challenge to the Our Town Festival

Five Coral Springs Toastmasters clubs teamed up for a marketing and recruiting event at Our Town America, a festival and carnival held every year in Coral Springs. One of our tools for engaging the audience was what we called the Table Topics Challenge, an exhibition of impromptu speaking in which we asked for volunteers. We had three different contest masters from different clubs for three performances over the course of the weekend, but on Saturday night Club Awesome owned the stage!

Leading the session: Area Governor David Carr, Awesome’s President Marilyn Brown, VP Public Relations Edith Oliva, Sgt. at Arms Shawn Walker, and Dr. Andrew Bern running the video camera.
