This is the plan/schedule so far for our Open House on the 13th.

Setup Crew: 10:30 a.m.

Meeting Starts: 11 a.m.

M.C. Welcome and Introduction

Explain format: Toastmasters mini-meeting, sample speech, evaluation, table topics; promise to share useful tips people can apply even if they don’t decide to join

Thank you: Library and Strayer for their support

Self introductions, guests encouraged to say what they hope to learn

Introduction of volunteers, each of whom explains function and value of Timer, Ah Counter, other roles.
